Unlimited revisions for 30-days for draft alterations and questions. Includes matching supporting documents. Collaborative effort includes two assigned experts for each participant. The end result is an interview-winning Resume and Cover Letter!
This service is designed for refinements and improvements to an existing Resume. The process is hosted from start to finish in the client portal, a secure environment for sharing confidential information. Proofing, reformatting, and otherwise polishing to remove document errors and inconsistencies. Reformatting and layout improvements. The refresh process is completed within four business days or less after intake. One round of revisions is included for any questions or last minute adjustments. The end result, is a much improved Resume!

Professional Summary is written in first-person or third-person depending on the participant’s needs. Crafting an interesting and attention-grabbing biography adds value on social media sites, company websites, and more.

Each participant undergoes an intake session and three full Career Coaching sessions to practice storytelling techniques, develop an elevator pitch, improve salary negotiation skills, and more. Great for exploring the psychology of behavioral interviewing and gaining valuable practice through simulated interviews. The end result is a well-prepared and confident interviewer!
Job Search Coaching
Job search coaching to circumvent the competition and land a good job. The program is hosted within the JobStars client portal, a secure platform for correspondence. Each participant undergoes an intake session and three full Career Coaching sessions to practice techniques and strategies for connecting with recruiters, engaging in networking activities, targeting specific employers, and more. The program includes helpful self-study exercises and worksheets for download. The end result is a savvy, empowered job seeker equipped to land a great new role.
Career Transition Coaching
Help navigating the challenges and obstacles of finding a new job. The program is hosted within the JobStars client portal, a secure platform for correspondence. Each participant undergoes an intake session and three full Career Coaching sessions to evaluate potential career paths in order to create alignment with personal values, motivations, and preferences. The program includes the Keirsey Career Temperament Report as well as helpful self-study exercises and worksheets for download. The end result is greater clarity on potential job title, industry, and seniority level.
Single Coaching Sessions
As needed Career Coaching sessions (50-minutes each) for help with matters pertaining to career transition, job search, interview prep, salary negotiation, and more. Candid feedback and practical advice from an outsider’s perspective. Self-study exercises, worksheets, and MP 3 recordings of each session for reinforcement.

As a purebred in the Career Services space, we’re not recruiters and we’re not an employment agency. We specialize in helping job seekers achieve their goals but we don’t actually offer direct placement. We do offer Resume Sendoff which is a service for emailing a participant’s newly written Resume to nationwide staffing and employment agencies. This often leads to job offers. We also provide Career Coaching on the most effective techniques and strategies for connecting with recruiters.
We specialize in Resume Writing Services for entry through executive-level professionals.
The process of building a new Resume begins with a self-service introductory questionnaire to provide more information. After that, each participant goes through a telephone intake call prior to first draft development in order to discuss the project. The first drafts are ready within five business days after intake and the process includes 30-days for edits and revisions after receiving first drafts.
